Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product for a full refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at info@knittingdreams.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, including proof of purchase, and send it to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your return to process the request.
Exceptions
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- If the product has been used, refunds or exchanges will not be processed.
Shipping Charges
You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

If you’ve purchased products through collaborations, including with Auri or other partner brands, please note that the return process may differ, and additional charges may apply.
